Junior Business Analyst; Data & Integration); Fully Remote

• Conduct detailed source-to-target data mapping analysis for NOAA Fisheries species datasets, documenting field-level transformation rules, data type conversions, and null-handling logic.
• Analyze NOAA Fisheries data quality issues identified during prototype ingestion and document remediation requirements.
• Support interoperability testing requirements, API connectivity, metadata alignment test cases, and compliance validation checklist development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 0 years of professional experience or equivalent; U.S. Citizenship required with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Experience supporting business analysis on data integration or migration programs, with source-to-target mapping and data quality analysis.
• Familiarity with API integration concepts and strong analytical and technical documentation skills.
