Software Support Analyst ; Fully Remote

• Provide excellent customer support to first responders and civilian staff via email, phone, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and replicate software issues, escalating them to engineering and project management teams.
• Assist in testing new features and maintaining a strong working knowledge of the product suite.

What You'll Need:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in software support.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and clear written and oral communication.
• Working knowledge of issue tracking systems (Zendesk and/or JIRA) and proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite.
