Location: New York
- Blend of data analytics and data engineering, working directly with customer data and marketing teams.
- Serve as subject matter expert for data engineering and analytics across the customer lifecycle.
- Use coding agents as default for SQL, schema spelunking, and internal tooling.
What You'll Do:
- Work backwards from customer use cases to design IDR rules and data models.
- Assess fit and feasibility during pre-sales, understanding customer data landscape.
- Debug customer issues end-to-end with SQL and server logs, and explain IDR behavior.
What We're Looking For:
- Direct agents with judgment; SQL fluency in Snowflake, Databricks, or Big Query.
- Systems thinking to reason about identity graphs at scale.
- Consultative communication and systematic debugging mindset; 2-4 years in related role.
