- Serve as primary technical and strategic partner for existing customers, driving adoption and expansion.
- Lead health checks, use case workshops, and business reviews to ensure customer success and alignment.
Account Expansion:
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and pursue expansion opportunities.
- Deliver high-impact demos and proofs-of-concept that validate new use cases and business value.
Technical Leadership:
- Act as technical liaison and escalation point, coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Manage concurrent projects and troubleshoot issues to ensure timely resolution.
