This full-time analyst role at Agilent Technologies connects customer perceptions, operational performance, and business outcomes. You will support CX measurement, Qualtrics analytics, survey programs, and integrated data analysis. The work helps stakeholders access accurate, timely customer intelligence for customer-centric action.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze customer feedback, operational, CRM, and business data
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions
- Identify trends, drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Manage ACX web pop-up and intercept surveys
- Translate business questions into actionable recommendations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Five or more years in CX, analytics, or insights
- Experience with Qualtrics programs, reporting, and dashboards
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with survey, CRM, ERP, and operational datasets
