New-Indy Container board (NICB) is a privately owned manufacturer and supplier of container board and corrugated packaging, formed in 2012 as a joint venture between The Kraft Group (Boston) and Schwarz Partners (Indianapolis). With approximately 2,000 employees and operations spanning from Southern California to the coasts of the Carolinas, NICB operates four paper mills, including three that use 100% recycled fiber and one that produces high-performance virgin linerboard.

NICB combines diverse manufacturing capabilities with a commitment to quality, customer service, and environmentally conscious manufacturing.

Supporting these interconnected operations requires resourceful, dynamic people, dependable technology, and forward-thinking solutions. We're seeking a hands-on IT/OT Senior Systems Engineer to strengthen the critical infrastructure that supports our business. If you thrive on complex technical challenges, we'd love to hear from you!
