• Collaborate closely with cross-functional development and product teams, effectively communicating issues and offering constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Verify software feature functionality across multiple devices, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure consistency and compatibility.
• Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing testing findings, trends, and actionable recommendations.

• Demonstrated strong attention to detail, with the ability to meticulously follow structured instructions and testing protocols.
• Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and a solid understanding of app ecosystems and digital platforms.
• Prior experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred and will be advantageous in this QA Tester role.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and the use of a desktop, laptop, or mobile device for testing purposes.
