Join a Revenue Operations team as the hands-on owner of the Hub Spot environment that powers Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. In this remote, contract-to-hire opportunity, you'll manage CRM configuration, workflow automation, integrations, user permissions, and data quality while helping teams operate more efficiently and confidently.

You'll troubleshoot complex system issues, translate business needs into scalable solutions, maintain reliable data flows across the go-to-market technology stack, and contribute to ongoing systems strategy. • 3+ years of hands-on Hub Spot administration experience, including direct ownership of CRM configuration and maintenance.
• Advanced proficiency with CRM administration, including:
• User permissions
• Custom objects
• Workflow automation
• Field configuration and taxonomy
• Data quality management
• Experience connecting marketing automation, CRM, revenue intelligence, and sales engagement platforms.
• Ability to maintain reliable data flows across interconnected go-to-market systems.
• Strong understanding of data governance, deduplication, data standards, and quality controls.
• Ability to translate business goals and requirements into documented, scalable technical configurations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including the ability to investigate data discrepancies, develop hypotheses, and communicate findings clearly.
• Ability to triage incoming requests, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills when partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong documentation skills in a remote-first environment.
• Experience in a Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or related systems role.
• Ability to support teams across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Comfort working independently, managing shifting priorities, and supporting a broad range of systems requests.

• Hub Spot Administrator or Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Experience with platforms such as 6sense, Gong, Outreach, or Gainsight.
• Familiarity with SQL or data warehouse querying, including Snowflake or Big Query, for ad hoc analysis.
• Experience with AI-assisted workflow automation or prompt-based tooling in a go-to-market environment.
• Exposure to multi-product or multi-segment go-to-market motions.
• Experience evaluating go-to-market technology and assessing integration, adoption, and maintenance requirements.
• Background supporting a B2B SaaS organization.

• Experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, CRM administration, or a related systems function.
• At least 3 years of direct Hub Spot administration experience.
• Direct ownership of CRM administration responsibilities, rather than experience limited to using CRM platforms as an end user.
