You will monitor client sites, resolve inquiries per SOP and SLAs, and collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot software issues, while documenting every step for knowledge base improvements.
The role is remote within the United States with shifts including weekends and overnight rotations to meet customer needs. Past radiology/PACS exposure is preferred.
