This person will be responsible to work at the office (Corona) every day for the 6-month probation temp period and once we hire bring them onboard, they will be eligible to work from home based on our remote work policy.
- Must pass background check and drug test
- 2-4 years of experience supporting Windows OS PCs.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware issue and replacing hardware on both desktop and laptop PCs.
- Experience installing software, patches, updates on Desktops, Laptops, Servers.
- Competent in assisting employees daily to support Helpdesk Tickets.
- Experience troubleshooting basic network, software, printing problems.
- Knowledge of creating image for current Corporate Platform.
- Customer Service experience is a must
