Nextiya is seeking an experienced Data Analytics & AI professional with strong expertise in demand forecasting, business growth analytics, and operational optimization. This will be a short-term contract to begin with but will likely become a very long-term contract, subject to client requirements. The candidate will work with another senior member as a team to discover and assess our client's current technical environment, understand their gaps/objectives and produce actionable set of recommendations to prepare for potential AI implementation goals.

The implementation if materialized will continue into a long-term project. Remote work may be possible but may require some travel at the start of the assignment (potentially 1 week).

• Develop AI-driven demand forecasting and predictive analytics solutions.
• Identify business growth opportunities through customer, product, and market analytics.
• Analyze supply chain, distribution networks, and operational efficiency.
• Build AI/ML models, executive dashboards, and decision-support solutions.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve revenue, efficiency, and profitability.
