Main responsibilities:

You’ll help customers reimagine their business through the power of SAP. Working closely with our sales team, you’ll design technical solutions that show customers the real, measurable value of digital transformation.

As a trusted advisor across the full sales cycle, you’ll:

• Drive sales success— partner with Account Executives on account strategy, lead technical discovery, and support deal strategy, competitive positioning, and RFP/RFI responses
• Design and demonstrate— architect and present compelling solution designs, demos, workshops, and proof-of-concepts that turn customer needs into SAP solutions and clear business value
• Engage executives— build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders and position insi as a strategic SAP transformation partner
• Share expertise— stay ahead of SAP ERP Cloud (Public e Private), BDC, BTP, Business AI, sharing insights with customers and colleagues
• Collaborate and enable— work across sales, consulting, product, and partner teams, mentoring others along the way

You’ll join a collaborative, forward-thinking team where your expertise directly shapes how customers adopt SAP. This is a role for someone energized by solving complex challenges, engaging senior decision-makers, and staying at the cutting edge of enterprise technology.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 5+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting, enterprise software, or business consulting
• Hands-on experience with SAP solutions, particularly SAP ERP Cloud (Public e Private), BDC, BTP, Business AI
• Strong grasp of business processes and enterprise transformation
• Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills, with proven executive engagement
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Fluency in English (B2/C1 minimum)

Nice to have:

SAP Cloud ERP certifications, cloud ERP/transformation experience, and industry expertise in Oil, Gas & Energy, Agribusiness, Heavy Industries or Mill Products & Mining — insi’s core target verticals across Canada and the U.S. South.
