Take the lead as a Senior Functional Analyst, specializing in SAP S/4
HANA and Fiori. Provide remote support, enhance functionalities, and troubleshoot issues for seamless post-go-live operations.
This role involves assisting cross-functional teams with ongoing support and optimization of the EAM module. As a senior analyst, you will identify opportunities for process improvement and work collaboratively with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiencies. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering user training and maintaining documentation to ensure effective use of the system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting
• Guide users through processes and training sessions
• Identify and implement system enhancements
• Analyze and resolve technical issues promptly
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in IT, Business, or related field
• Proven experience in SAP S/4
HANA and Fiori
• Strong understanding of asset management processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Collaboration experience with cross-functional teams
