Role:
Senior Manager of Dev Ops within Natera's Data Science Production Engineering (DSPE) department, leading a team to develop and maintain high-performance, cloud-based data and automation platforms supporting genomics testing.
- Managing Dev Ops operations, translating business needs into technical solutions, optimizing infrastructure, and ensuring quality and compliance in a highly regulated environment.
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders, oversee documentation, and drive team training and efficiency.
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or related; 8+ years of industry experience, with at least 3 years in regulated settings like CLIA or FDA compliance; proven management experience.
- Python, AWS, Linux, RDBMS (PostgreSQL/MySQL), automation, infrastructure as code (preferred), bioinformatics data handling (FASTQ, BAM, VCF).
- cloud infrastructure, genomics tech, automation, regulated labs, high-throughput data environments, remote work in the USA, with competitive salary range $151K–$189K.
