Purpose

We are seeking a mission-driven Security Analyst & Engineer to join our information security team supporting our business operations. This role is ideal for professionals with mid-level background in IT security, risk management, and compliance with regulated security frameworks. A successful candidate will be an active individual contributor ensuring compliance with corporate security policies, standards, and processes and is responsible for the effective implementation of IT security best practices, client and regulatory requirements.

Candidate should be curious, an out-of-the box thinker who is solution-oriented, and innovative in bringing marketplace solutions to highly regulated projects.

This position is 100% work le this position will be working from home, this candidate must be located within the US and be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Due to security clearance needs, this position requires US citizenship.

Your Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team of Information Security professionals supporting the enterprise.

• Conduct proactive technical security assessments in response to alerts, research, and advisories.

• Utilize industry’s best practice and enterprise-class tools to hunt for threats, review indicators of compromise, and provide guidance on impacts in response to security incidents.

• Design and implement security controls aligned with frameworks under NIST controls, FISMA boundary management, and Defense Industrial Base security frameworks.

• Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring rapid containment and remediation.
