Maximus is seeking a Helpdesk/Desktop Support professional to join a CMS-focused team. The role is fully remote and supports Providers reporting problems, service requests, and identity management activities for the Medicare program.
You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and related hardware, provide remote assistance, and document resolutions in the knowledge base and ticketing system. CMS vetting is required after offer acceptance.
