The Pro Active Technology Group is seeking a NOC Engineer to manage backups, alerts, and patch remediation for a distributed client fleet. This remote, part-time role requires hands-on experience with Veeam B&R, Ninja One, and Screen Connect, and a focus on remediation rather than escalation.
You will work ET business hours with an after-hours rotation, triaging backup jobs, fixing alert conditions, and driving patch compliance. Strong documentation and security practices are essential.
