For our client, we are seeking a Infrastructure Solutions Engineer Lead Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will shape enterprise infrastructure automation strategy and help standardize how infrastructure is delivered across the organization. You will lead the design of reusable, scalable solutions that improve reliability, consistency, and speed for internal engineering teams. The position partners closely with platform and security stakeholders to expand Infrastructure as Code adoption and strengthen compliance in infrastructure delivery.
Location:
Remote
Compensation: $100,000 – $170,500 annually
Responsibilities- Drive the enterprise Infrastructure as Code strategy, standards, and adoption roadmap
- Design and maintain scalable infrastructure automation solutions
- Build reusable modules and self-service automation capabilities
- Develop automation using tools like Ansible and Terraform/Open Tofu
- Implement CI/CD, security, and compliance automation for infrastructure delivery
Create documentation and training materials for Infrastructure as Code tooling and best practices - Collaborate with platform teams to accelerate Infrastructure as Code adoption
- Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and engineering practices
- Strong experience with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform/Open Tofu, and Puppet
- Proven track record of scaling enterprise infrastructure automation initiatives
- Strong software engineering mindset focused on maintainability and automation
- Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence engineering teams and drive technical standards adoption
