Role
Senior Specialist (Manager) of Order Management Systems, overseeing the order-to-cash process and platform enhancements.
ResponsibilitiesManaging daily OTC system operations, driving process improvements using data and KPIs, supporting SAP S/4
HANA OTC modules, and ensuring system stability, data integrity, and compliance. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams—Finance, Supply Chain, IT—to optimize workflows, support system upgrades, and implement process automation.
5-7+ years in order management, OTC operations, or related systems; strong knowledge of OTC processes, SAP, and project management; experience with data analysis tools (Power BI, SAP reporting); familiarity with GMP/GDP, SOX compliance; proven cross-functional collaboration skills.
PreferredExperience with integrated OTC ecosystems, automation projects, system implementations, API integrations, and dashboard creation.
LocationLocated in the U.S., open to remote work.
