Maximus is seeking a remote Analyst to support a federal program in a consolidated contact center environment. You will build reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to operational leaders, deliver daily client reports, and perform ad hoc analyses of trends and data.
This is a fully remote role with eligibility contingent upon contract award and the ability to pass a federal background check. Equipment will be provided to meet home office requirements and security expectations.
