STI is seeking a remote IT Help Desk support specialist. The role supports day-to-day operations, logs issues, provides first response support, and assists in site and project tasks.
Training is during the first weeks, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am–4:30 pm, with ongoing work from home Monday-Friday 2 pm–10 pm.
Note:
35 hour workweek.
Candidates should be proficient with Windows environments, AD, Office 365, and MS Office tools, with clear communication.
