Business Analyst

The Business Analyst 3 will play a key role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, facilitating the design of technical solutions, and supporting user acceptance testing and implementation activities. This position requires strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on delivering actionable insights and reports. The role is primarily remote, with the expectation of using a suitable device to connect securely to the organization s network.

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create and analyze reports to support business decision-making.
• Facilitate the creation and analysis of business requirements with business personnel.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions.
• Participate in and guide user acceptance testing, training, and implementation activities.

• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, analytical, and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) in English.
• Experience in gathering requirements and creating reports.
• Experience facilitating business requirements and designing technical solutions.
• Experience participating in user acceptance testing, training, and implementation.
• Ability to use a desktop or laptop device capable of securely connecting via remote access tools.

• Experience with Snowflake and Power BI.
• Experience in the Oil and Gas industry.

• Candidate must provide their own desktop or laptop device with headset for remote connection, or use a device provided by the organization.
• All organization-provided devices must be returned upon resignation, termination, or contract completion.

• Primary work location is remote (work from home).
