You will handle desktops, account resets, MFA, antivirus alerts, and various end-user issues using Connect Wise PSA and IT Glue, documenting everything and collaborating with the service center.
Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of service desk experience, a two-year technical degree, and knowledge of Active Directory, Entra /Azure
