Sr. Partner Success Manager, Technology Partners; Fully Remote

• You will own a portfolio of Engine's technology and distribution partner relationships, including OTAs, GDS partners, and connectivity partners.
• As the day-to-day technical and commercial point of contact, you'll keep integrations healthy, resolve issues, and bring new connections live.
• Your mandate is to grow and operate the partnerships in your book.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor integration and API health across your book, acting before degradation reaches travelers.
• Lead incident escalation, triage severity, coordinate with engineering teams, and drive root-cause analysis to closure.
• Grow revenue by improving conversion, expanding content coverage, and running the partner cadence.

What We're Looking For:

• 6+ years in technical account management, partner or integration management, or similar partner-facing roles at travel tech or platform businesses.
• Working technical fluency with API documentation, XML/JSON, and tools like Postman; SQL strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and clear communication with both technical and commercial audiences.
