Sr. Manager of IT & Operations; Fully Remote

• Own and improve internal IT operations across a fully remote organization.
• Lead security and compliance efforts, including SOC 2 and AI governance.

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage IT budget, vendor relationships, and the corporate technology stack.
• Administer Google Workspace, IAM, MDM, and endpoint security.
• Build automations for onboarding, offboarding, and support workflows.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years in IT or systems administration, with 1-2 years in leadership.
• Hands-on experience with IAM, SAML/SSO, Google Workspace, and scripting.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 and cross-platform endpoint management.
