Windows Server Engineer - Remote

10 is currently seeking a Windows Server Engineer for a contract position with an Agricultural Cooperative located in Inver Grove Heights, MN. This is a 3+ month contract opportunity. Compensation: $43.00 - $44.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:

This role will assist the Camera and Access Control team with day-to-day maintenance and system deployments. The ideal candidate will have experience with security and camera systems, server patching for both Windows and Linux, and a solid understanding of network protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with Security/Camera systems set up/configuration Understand server patching and OS systems for Windows & Linux Utilize a solid understanding of network protocols (VLAN, Firewall, Segmentation, etc.) Manage and resolve incidents using Corporate Ticketing system Create meaningful documentation on Hardware, Applications, Systems and procedures Provide technical support and training to end users as needed Follow and enforce established department standards and policies related to security, system builds, and environment segmentation Perform other duties as needed or assigned Primary Requirements:
High School Diploma (or equivalent) 2+ years of IT support to include one or more of the following:
Windows Server experience including upgrading, patching, performance monitoring, connectivity, and backup/recovery Managing camera systems Managing access control (badging) system Desired

Skills:

Milestone, Genetec or comparable surveillance system Lenel OnGuard experience Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis
