Clarvida is seeking an IT Senior Support Specialist (U.S.
-Based) to provide advanced remote and hands-on support across the United States. The role complements Manila support by owning work requiring local presence, coordinating with vendors, and traveling to Clarvida sites as needed.
Responsibilities include Level 3 incident handling, onsite hardware support, and coordinating with internet providers and vendors. Travel within the U.S. may be required to support incidents and deployments.
