EpicCare Link Analyst

Our client is looking for a Sr-level Epic analyst responsible for implementation, support, troubleshooting, access provisioning, upgrades, testing, training, and ongoing optimization of Epic Care Link. This individual will provide production support, participate in an on-call rotation, and serve as a subject matter expert for security/access management and end-user support.

• Epic Care Link Certification (required)
• 5+ years of Epic application support experience
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
• Experience provisioning user access utilizing Site Wizard and Epic security tools
• Experience supporting application implementations, upgrades, and production support
• Ability to document technical processes and procedures
• End-user training and stakeholder support experience
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation every 3-4 weeks

Expert Level

This is a Contract position based out of Winston Salem, NC.

The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $90.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
