The role focuses on assessing current usage, identifying gaps against Gold Star requirements, and recommending improvements to drive compliance.
The candidate will collaborate with Epic analysts and TS teams to optimize Epic applications, improve workflows, and support approximately 30-40 Gold Stars per quarter.
