UX​/Product Designer Analyst; Fully Remote

• Design meaningful digital experiences across web, mobile, and desktop products.
• Work across the full product design lifecycle, from research to implementation.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive, scalable solutions.

Key Accountabilities:

• Conduct UX research, define personas, journeys, and flows, and create wireframes and prototypes.
• Contribute to Design Systems, ensure accessibility, and use AI tools responsibly.
• Support usability testing and collaborate with developers and QA during implementation.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with strong proficiency in Figma.
• Practical experience with user research, usability testing, and design systems.
• Knowledge of WCAG guidelines and responsible use of AI in design workflows.
