Remote SAP S4 HANA BRIM Consultant

Our client is seeking an accomplished SAP S4 HANA BRIM Consultant on a remote 6-12 months renewable contract opportunity in OH.

Serve as the primary functional consultant for SAP S/4

HANA BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) in an Application Management Services (AMS) engagement. Own steady-state support, incident and problem resolution, minor enhancements, and continuous improvement across subscription management, charging, billing, invoicing, and receivables processes, ensuring stable operations, business continuity, and SLA performance.

• Strong hands-on SAP S/4
  
  HANA experience in BRIM including:
• Subscription Order Management (SOM)
• Contract Accounting and Receivables Management (FI-CA)
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Subscription-to-Cash (S2C) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Experience supporting integration touchpoints with:
• SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance (FI/CO)
• SAP SD
• SAP BTP
• Middleware and API-based integrations
• External subscription and billing platforms
• Experience working in an AMS model with SLA-driven ticketing using Service Now, Jira, or similar tools.
• Strong experience in incident management, problem management, and structured RCA processes.
• SLA attainment and timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Reduction in recurring production issues through effective root cause analysis.
• High-quality enhancement deliveries with low defect leakage.
• Improved billing accuracy, invoice processing efficiency, and revenue operations stability.
• Increased stakeholder satisfaction and measurable business process improvements.
• Well-maintained knowledge base and support documentation.

• 5+ years of SAP experience with significant experience in SAP BRIM.
• Experience supporting SAP BRIM in production and AMS environments.
• Strong understanding of billing, subscription, finance, and revenue management processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA environments.
