• Proven experience as a CRO Specialist, E-commerce Analyst, or similar role with a focus on conversion optimization.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies, statistical analysis, and experimental design.
• Proficiency with CRO tools such as Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, or similar platforms.
• Expertise in web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
• Experience with heatmaps, session recordings, and user feedback tools (e.g., Hotjar, Full Story).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex data clearly.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
