You will be responsible for diving deep into data to uncover actionable insights that drive e-commerce sales, optimize marketing spend, and enhance customer experiences. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data visualization tools, and a thorough understanding of e-commerce metrics and digital marketing KPIs. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to interpret performance data, identify trends, and recommend data-driven strategies for growth.

Analyze e-commerce website data, including traffic sources, user behavior, conversion rates, and sales performance. Track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.). Develop dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends for stakeholders. Identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization (CRO) based on data analysis and user behavior insights.

Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and improve website performance. Monitor customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLTV), and ROI of marketing initiatives. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to define data requirements and ensure accurate tracking implementation. Provide data-driven recommendations for improving customer journeys, website usability, and marketing strategies. Stay updated on the latest analytics tools, techniques, and industry best practices.

Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing Analytics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably with a focus on e-commerce or digital marketing. Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms. Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio. Solid understanding of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote setting. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights. Knowledge of statistical modeling and predictive analytics is a plus.
