LMS Administrator; Fully Remote

• Support day-to-day administration of Government-approved learning management systems and associated training technologies.
• Configure and maintain course catalogs, learning paths, prerequisites, assignments, and completion requirements.
• Troubleshoot learner access, enrollment, course-launch, and completion-record issues and document resolutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, education, instructional technology, business, or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of experience supporting learning management systems or related application administration.
• Working knowledge of SCORM-based course packages and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
