This is a remote position.

Overview :

Drives the configuration and integration of the Origami Claims module, ensuring efficient claims handling and reporting.

• Facilitate claim lifecycle design: FNOL, adjudication, reserving, payments
• Configure workflow rules, financial calculations, and document templates
• Integrate with external adjuster portals, payment engines, and analytics
• Lead defect triage, manage patch releases, and support cut-over
• Advise on best practices for fraud detection and subrogation processes
