What You Will Do
- Service (Our First Priority):
Act as a benefits guide for members. Help them obtain their earned benefits such as health cards, child safety kits, and legal wills.
- Find Solutions (Our Goal):
After serving members, ask simple, structured questions to understand their goals. If they need more permanent coverage, show them how to add benefits to protect their family.

This 100% remote role requires structure and focus. You will be expected to work diligently, especially in your first six months.
