* THE OPPORTUNITY:

** Our service professionals play a vital role in supporting our clients with day-to-day account management, claims management, and underwriting services that ensure they have what they need to protect what matters most. Through a robust network of resources, you will be amongst some of the industry’s top talent to help guide and support our customer’s needs and provide them with innovative insurance solutions.

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our Entertainment team. This role works collaboratively with the service team to provide provides day-to-day service for Entertainment clients (small business) by maintaining client relationships, supporting client retention, maintaining strong carrier relationships and understanding client needs. Serves as day-to-day contact and provides resolution for client questions and issues.
* Assists with the entire account service process
* Processes auto renewals, certificates, endorsements
* Binds policies, assists with billing, audits and premium financing, as necessary
** WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE.
*** 2+ years of related commercial insurance experience within a brokerage environment
* Experience in the Entertainment field is a plus (not required)
* HS diploma or GED
* An active insurance license in good standing
* Ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
* Computer proficient with MSOS, Outlook, agency management systems (Epic preferred)
* Required “soft skills”: efficient time management, organization, customer service, high initiative, team-oriented and high attention to detail
* This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office and 2 days/week working from home)
* * The expected salary range for this position is $65,000 to $70,000 /year and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
