Position SummaryExercises independent discretion or judgment in handling all types of catastrophe property claims. Also assists assigned field office when not on catastrophe deployment in handling day to day property claims.

Travel Required
:
The majority of responsibilities involve travel to catastrophe sites and field inspections across our footprint. Unlike national carriers, ERIE’s regional footprint means shorter travel times to events — so you can focus on helping customers, not endless commutes.

What You’ll Do:
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve property claims resulting from catastrophes, natural disasters, and large-scale events.
- Conduct on-site inspections, estimate damages, and prepare detailed reports.
- Provide clear, empathetic communication to policyholders throughout the claims process.
- Partner with claims teams and external resources to deliver fair and timely resolutions.
- Represent ERIE Insurance with professionalism and compassion in the field.
