Personal Lines Account Manager - Hybrid/Remote - Hawthorne, CA

A reputable independent insurance brokerage in the South Bay area is growing its team by adding a Personal Lines Account Manager! With two decades of industry success, this agency is dedicated to fostering a supportive employee environment and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active Property & Casualty license
  • 4+ years of personal lines account management
  • Experience managing mid to large-sized accounts
  • Applied Epic
  • In-depth understanding of insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures
The Position:
  • Prepare and provide quotations for new accounts
  • Responsible for managing a book of middle-market and high-net-worth clients
  • Strong knowledge of various common insurance providers
  • Collaborate effectively with underwriters
  • Addressing the insurance needs of clients and producers
  • Conduct thorough reviews of insurance applications.
  • Accurately compile data related to insurance policy changes and records.
  • Coordinate and oversee services, coverages, pricing, and proposals
  • Maintain a consistently high level of customer service and professionalism
  • Performing other job-related duties as assigned
