Claims Technical Director – Commercial Auto

• Manage an inventory of complex commercial auto bodily injury claims with nationwide scope
• Review and evaluate coverage and liability for claims
• Secure necessary documentation and information during claims investigations
• Attend arbitrations, mediations, depositions, or trials as necessary to resolve claims
• Ensure compliance with state and regulatory requirements in claims handling

• Minimum of 10 years of commercial auto bodily injury adjusting experience
• Current P&C adjuster licenses required, where applicable
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively with various internal and external contacts
• Industry designations are highly regarded

• Additional industry certifications or designations
• Experience in providing technical guidance to team members
• Proven track record of successful claims resolution strategies
