• Apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure, plan the proper course of action, and resolve claims.
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants on behalf of clients, showing empathy throughout the claims process.
• Handle claims in accordance with client and corporate policies, procedures, and standard methodologies, in line with statutory, regulatory, and ethics requirements.
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support the claim file outcome.

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex Commercial claims with moderate supervision, using analytical skills to make decisions and bring claims to resolution.
• Work with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize tasks to serve clients and claimants effectively.

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software

• Bachelor's Degree
• Auto Liability - PD and BI
• General Liability - BI
• Property - 1st Party - Commercial
• Contractual Indemnification, Risk Transfer, Tenders
• Attorney Rep and Litigation Management
