Insurance Sales Exec Senior

Summary:

Huntington Insurance is seeking a Goal-Oriented Insurance Sales Executive with passion and tenacity for the Business and Commercial Insurance industry. The Insurance Sales Exec - Employee Benefits position offers a salary plus commission, with a three-year income transition plan for qualified candidates.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Build and manage profitable insurance relationships with prospects and clients.
• Cultivate and maintain professional relationships to identify potential customers for insurance products and services.
• Achieve year-over-year revenue growth through new customer acquisition.
• Analyze, prepare, and advise on comprehensive business insurance strategies.
• Communicate Huntington Insurance's value proposition effectively to potential and existing clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 5 years' experience in business development
• Group Health license for Employee Benefits

Preferred Qualifications:

• Compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
• Life and Health License
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiasm and confidence in relationships
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Proven track record of meeting performance goals
