NEIS (a division of ARMStrong Insurance Services) is looking for Loss Control Field Inspectors to conduct insurance loss control inspections on either commercial or residential dwellings.

This is a Part‑Time/Occasional role. Hours vary from week to week, allowing you to build your own schedule.

• Conduct physical inspections on commercial and residential properties.
• Apply manual rules and company standards to identify potential risks to reduce accidents.
• Prepare a schedule to maximize time efficiency and ensure service targets are met.
• Correspond with insured parties via phone, email, and text to set appointments.
• Complete physical loss‑control surveys to identify hazards.
• After inspection, prepare required reports including multiple photographs.
• Communicate survey status through internal progress reports.

• Competent use of digital camera, word processing, and e‑mail.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record per NEIS guidelines.
• Must live within a 30‑mile radius of your assigned territory.
• Can work from home with required travel to inspection locations.
• Maintain automobile insurance while employed, with bodily injury limits equal to or greater than $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident (or $300,000 combined).

• Compensation starts at roughly $50 per inspection (depends on job and location).
• On‑the‑job training.
• Base pay – paid weekly.
• Mileage reimbursement – paid weekly.
• Production pay – paid weekly.
