- Location:
Fully remote work eligible
- Apply claims management experience to analyze exposure, plan actions, and resolve claims.
- Interact with parties to ensure effective communication and resolution.
- Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, exhibiting empathy through each step.
- Handle claims consistent with policies, procedures, and standards per statutory, regulatory, and ethics requirements.
- Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently.

Experience:
Open to any - Active Adjusters’ licenses: TX FL NY HI RI and reciprocals (must be willing to obtain all licenses within specified timeframe)
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex GL claims, applying experience and analytical skills.
- Work in partnership with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance claims management processes.
- Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize activities to serve clients.
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
- Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states in which claims are being handled.
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
- Computer experience with related claims and business software.
- Bachelor's Degree.
