** Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business. Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues, and ensuring no errors or omissions.  | Location/Supporting:

Qualifications:

** 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry

Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
