• Research and develop new methods for insurance rating
• Prepare and coordinate analyses of rate and statistical filings for regulatory agencies
• Provide training and support to Actuarial Analysts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actuarial support
• Conduct data analysis for rate reviews and recommend changes to insurance products

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or a related area with 5 years of experience in statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance
• Or a graduate degree in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience
• Completion of 5 or more actuarial exams
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and programming languages such as SQL, R, Python, or Radar
• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Expert-level problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Proven oral and written communication skills, including formal presentation abilities
• In-depth knowledge of the actuarial industry and insurance marketplace
• Basic computer software programming skills
• Demonstrated team leadership ability
