• Research and develop new methods for insurance rating and loss reserving
• Prepare and coordinate analyses of rate and statistical filings for regulatory agencies
• Evaluate analytical work and provide training to Actuarial Analysts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actuarial support and insights
• Conduct data analysis, rate reviews, and recommend changes to insurance products

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or related area with 5 years of experience in statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance; or a graduate degree with 3 years of experience
• Completion of 5 or more actuarial exams
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and programming languages such as SQL, R, Python, etc.
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• At least 5 years of experience in personal lines pricing insurance

• Expert-level problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver formal presentations
• In-depth knowledge of the actuarial industry and insurance marketplace
• Basic programming skills in computer software
• Active participation in company culture initiatives and employee resource groups
