- BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or related area with 5 years of experience in statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance, or a graduate degree with 3 years of experience
- Completion of 5 or more actuarial exams
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and programming languages such as SQL, R, and Python
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- At least 5 years of experience in pricing analysis for personal lines insurance
- Expert-level problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proven ability to lead teams and give formal presentations
- In-depth knowledge of the actuarial industry and insurance marketplace
- Basic computer programming skills
- Active participation in company culture-building activities
