• Research and develop new methods for insurance rating and loss reserving
• Prepare and coordinate analyses of rate and statistical filings for regulatory agencies
• Provide training and mentorship to Actuarial Analysts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actuarial support
• Analyze data and recommend changes to new and existing insurance products

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or related area with 5 years of experience in statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance
• Or a Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or related area with 3 years of experience in the same field
• Completion of 5 or more actuarial exams
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and programming languages such as SQL, R, and Python
• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Expert-level problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver formal presentations
• In-depth knowledge of the actuarial industry and insurance marketplace
• Basic programming skills in relevant software
• Active participation in company culture initiatives, such as employee resource groups
