Inside Sales Agent handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on insurance needs and matching correct coverages.

• Starting base salary is $45 k with opportunity for growth.
• Average earnings range from $55 k–$75 k.
• Top Performing agents may earn up to $85 k+.

From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty license. Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

  4 weekdays and 1 weekend day; mid‑morning start (e.g., 11 am‑8 pm CST) for at least 12 months before shift change.
• Computer equipment provided. Home workspace required with wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps down, 20 Mbps up).

• 2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
• Typing proficiency and PC proficiency.
• Property & Casualty license required after hire.
